Craystoun is led by Euan Cranston. Its work sits where technology, data and operations meet, at the moments that carry the most consequence: a transaction, a separation, a platform that has stopped scaling, a programme that needs an honest assessment before more money goes in, an AI agent about to be given access to production systems.
Craystoun brings more than twenty years of senior leadership experience across enterprise architecture, technology, data and operations, both independently and within consulting firms.
Experience spans CTO, Chief Architect, Data and Managing Director responsibilities, M&A integration and separation, technology transformation, platform strategy and complex programme recovery, increasingly where AI agents are part of the estate being integrated, separated or governed. This includes acquired and separated businesses through to transaction close, sell-side asset disposals, and accountability for operating businesses with revenues into the hundreds of millions. A background in Lean Six Sigma and operational improvement underpins the approach, connecting enterprise architecture and technology strategy with practical execution and measurable business outcomes.
Engagements typically come from CIOs and CTOs, directors, shareholders, private equity, business unit leaders and fellow consultants who need a seasoned operator to guide transformation and improvement, particularly where data, operational or technology challenges are complex.
